What We Collect

To run your order we collect your in-game username, game tag, your contact handle such as WhatsApp or Telegram, your email if you give one, and your current and target trophies or rank. That is all we need to deliver the boost, and we do not collect anything beyond it.

How We Use Your Data

We use your details only to complete your boost, to reach you about your order, and to send you proof when it is done. We do not run marketing without your consent, and we do not track or profile you beyond what your order needs.

Data Sharing

We never sell, rent, or trade your data. The only person who sees your order details is the booster assigned to it, and only as far as the job requires. Every booster is bound by confidentiality.

Payments

We never see or store your card details. Card payments are handled by G2G, our verified marketplace, which holds your payment in escrow and processes it under its own privacy policy and terms. Crypto payments go through Binance Pay. No card or financial credentials ever pass through SuperClashCN.

Account Security

We never ask for or store your Clash Royale password. We only request the one-time login code that Supercell sends to your email or phone when your booster signs in. That code works once and is never kept.

Data Retention

We keep order records, including your game tag, username, and contact details, for up to six months for support and dispute resolution, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time at admin@superclashcn.com or superclashcn@gmail.com.

Your Rights

You can ask to see the data we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted at any time. To do any of these, email admin@superclashcn.com or superclashcn@gmail.com.

Service Agreement

By placing an order with SuperClashCN, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full. We provide Clash Royale skill-based boosting carried out only by real human players. You agree to give accurate account information and a one-time login code when asked, so we can start your boost.

Risk Acknowledgment

By placing an order, you acknowledge that third-party boosting may conflict with the Terms of Service of Supercell Oy, the publisher of Clash Royale. SuperClashCN is an independent, skill-based service provider and is not responsible for any action Supercell Oy takes against your account, including warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans. You use this service at your own risk, and we recommend you review Supercell's Terms of Service before ordering.

Account Safety

We will never ask for your account password, and we will never use bots, scripts, macros, or any automation. Every boost is done by a real, skilled player who logs in with a one-time verification code you provide. That code is never stored, and your password stays private and in your control the entire time.

Payments and Escrow

Card payments are processed by G2G, our verified marketplace, which holds your payment in escrow and releases it once your boost is delivered, and those payments are covered by G2G's own buyer protection and terms. Crypto payments are made directly through Binance Pay. SuperClashCN never handles your card details and never asks you to pay through random or unknown links.

Limitation of Liability

SuperClashCN's total liability to you will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service ordered. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages from using our service, including loss of in-game items, progress, rankings, rewards, or account access. If Supercell takes action against an account after a completed boost, SuperClashCN carries no financial or legal responsibility beyond reviewing the case on a goodwill basis.

Refund Policy

If we cannot complete the agreed boost for a reason within our control, you are entitled to a full refund. For card orders, refunds and disputes are handled through G2G's buyer-protection process. For crypto orders, refunds are returned to your wallet within 24 to 48 hours. We issue no refund for a fully completed order. If only part of a boost is done when you cancel, we may issue a partial refund for the unfinished portion at our discretion.

Client Responsibilities

You must have enough gems before placing a challenge order. You must not log in or play on your account during an active boost without telling us first, since that can interrupt the work and affect the result. You must give accurate game tag, trophy count, and rank details when you order. We are not responsible for delays or incomplete boosts caused by wrong information.

Pricing

All prices shown on SuperClashCN.com are final and complete. There are no hidden fees. Optional add-ons are priced clearly before purchase and are never added without your choice. Bulk discounts apply automatically.
